Deposit required within 48 hours of reservation through credit cards. Check-in time is at 3pm. Check-out time is at 10am. Refunds are made only if notice of cancellation is received 3-7 days prior to arrival. A 5 to 10 percent service charge will be deducted on all refunds.  Customer must obtain cancellation number to validate cancellation.

We strictly prohibit any type of drinking, partying,noise or any type of intoxication which results in disturbance of other customers.and reserve the right to charge for losses includings motel property missing,stolen or damaged. All reservation made for Hall of Fame induction events are Final(no refund or cancellation allowed) Customer must obtain cancellation number to validate cancellation. During summer & special events check-in time is 3 pm or after and checkout time is 10 am.

Budget Inn is located on your way to Cooperstown from Boston, New York City, Catskills even Canada!  We're on US Route 20 in Central New York State, 45 miles west of Albany and 10 miles south of the New York State Thruway.

New York State Thruway Route -- Exit #29 Canajoharie -- Route 10 south to Sharon Springs -- Route 20 -- right at light to Budget Inn.

Alternate route from the North, use I-87 South to Albany to I-90 West to I-88 West to Duanesburg exit 24. Take Route 20 West to the Inn in Sharon Springs.

Scenic Route from the South, use New York State Thruway I-87 to Catskill Exit #21, Route 23 west to Route 145 north to Route 20 west to Budget Host Inn -- we are on the left after Route 10 & 20 intersection. 

From Binghamton (Southwest) , use Route I-88 to Exit #17 Cooperstown Route 28 -- North on 28 to Milford -- North on Route 166  through Cherry Valley to Route 20 -- East to Budget Inn.

From the West, use NY State Thruway to exit #29 Canajoharie -- Route 10 south to Sharon Springs -- Route 20 -- right at light to Budget Host Inn.

From the East, Massachusetts Turnpike to NY Thruway, west to exit 25A (I-88). West on I-88 to Duanesburg exit (Route 20), on Route 20 West to Budget Host Inn.
